“‘L'Heure de tous’ is a sculpture by the French artist Arman, created in 1985 and located near the Saint-Lazare train station, Cour du Havre in Paris, France. The work is composed of an accumulation of bronze clocks. A signatory of the founding declaration of Nouveau Réalisme, which advocates ‘new perceptual approaches to reality’, Arman accumulated everyday objects, witnesses to the human cycle of mass production, consumption, and destruction. ‘L'Heure de tous’ (Everyone's Time) is a work by Arman created in 1985. Commissioned by the French government (Ministry of Culture and Communication - National Center for Visual Arts), it was installed that year in the courtyard of the Saint-Lazare train station. A second work by Arman, ‘Consigne à vie’ (Lifelong Lettings), is located in the courtyard of the Saint-Lazare train station.” (L'Heure de tous, Wikipedia)
