It looks like Americans can build some interesting buildings, too, when they set their minds to it!

Not like the ones in Europe, but...

The name rings a bell...I wonder if this is where they put together "evangelistic" tracts to hand out to the heathen?

Sort of a bad message on a building where "liberating" tracts are spun.

@ Jacob - Like many buildings it keeps the original name, but I think these temperance warriors are long gone somewhere else.
I have seen this part in a movie, used as a luxury penthouse. (Inside Man)

The Caryatids are interesting, but the colours are quite striking too. Unusual architecture for sure.
