Ummmm, it looks like a massive communist art inspired eagle. Just my opinion.
FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT KNOW ALBINO MANCA WAS A FINE ITALIAN ARTIST LIVING IN NY AND THIS EAGLE IS A MEMORIAL FOR JFK-
The memorial commemorates U.S. servicemen who died in coastal waters of the western Atlantic Ocean during World War II. It was dedicated by President John F. Kennedy on May 23, 1963.
Albino Manca was the brother of my great granmother...and he wasn't communist at all!
