Those can't be tiles, can they? Are they not bricks painted blue. But why would anyone paint bricks blue?

@jacob - It is the same place of “Dray Horse”. They advertise these buildings as “blue-tiled apartments with owl-like parapets”.

Gorgeous - especially as these are tiles. Lovely color with the lamp, too.
