This photo has so much going on it's taken me a few minutes to make sure I didn't miss anything...

Looks like a rather "seedy" part of town. The fire truck in front of the patisserie is very familiar as our firemen and firewomen can most mornings be found at a local bagel shop.

The gentleman strolling by looks the worse for wear - probably has an interesting story.

Good job, VP!

Che dire...il fascino "segreto" di una delle pasticcerie più famose di NYC!

Now that Jacob has analysed the photo, I can say that I love that fire engine! I was in NYC in 2002 and seeing fire engines and firemen of the NYFD kind of brought tears to my eyes. Now, I just love those trucks and the guys. Sorry to go on about the truck when you showed us a pâtisserie... ;-)I'll just add that the great Gatsby seems to have downgraded a tad...

A secret? A segreto is un secret, right?

The 'secret' charm of one of the most famous pâtisserie of NYC says Trillian.
So secret we didn't see it at all: Jacob uses the term seedy for the neighboorhood, but it could fit perfectly the shop itself!
So, welcome the fire engine and the strange passer-by...
