That's such a good shot of the bridge...one of the best I've seen. It looks like the barge could have gone underneath without the bridge opening up, though. No?
@ Jacob - You are right, the caption was misleading. The bridge opened for the other barge, a Thames sailing barge, actually under the bridge and partially covered by the static barge.
