Looks to me like the people of Chelsea take their boating seriously. Do they take their boats to work?
Perfectly composed and comprised of some of my favorite subjects - water and boats. I assume that towering building is an apartment building or a condominium...
Being so many times in Londen I manage somehow to miss this place!!
