“Around 150 people brought traffic to a standstill yesterday when they gathered to see the launch of the latest contribution to Westminster’s City of Sculpture initiative. A bust of Albanian national hero Skanderbeg was jointly unveiled by Cllr Robert Davis, Westminster City Council’s Cabinet Member for the Built Environment and the Albanian Charge d’affaires, Mal Berisha.
