I don't always like paella, but I have very fond memories of a small paella hut on a very empty and endless Playa de El Faro de Cullera (close to Valencia)where we spent family summers when I was a kid. Today it's a monstrous tourist destination and the beach looks like an ant hill in the summer. Colorful photo, VP.
