@ Jacob - The First Lady was visiting the Morgan Library on the same street, which was closed to traffic, hence the complaint.
Wow! That's interesting. That puts the picture into a whole new perspective. People don't like being inconvenienced, even for the First Lady, who can't just stroll down the street by herself!Thanks!
