  3. Thank you for posting this foto :) My beloved Tatra Mountains.. old memories :) So you've been to Czarny Staw (Black Lake) up there? Magnificent view, isn'it? Do you know that, according to a legend, the water of Morskie Oko has an uderground connection with the Adriatic Sea - that seems to explain the unusual colour of the lake.

  4. @ Ada - I've been to Czarny Staw, and it was so different from the lake below: cold, dark, surrounded by rocks and practically desert. Impressive and beautiful.
