Very unusual building! I like it in this photo. I also followed the link, and I think I'd have to see it in real life to know which side of the controversy I'm on. That's fascinating about possibly being able to fix the date of Londinium.

My goodness, I could sit and stare at this for a long time. Wait, I just did just that!

Super composition, colors, interest. The people, doing their various "things" make it really work well.

But what the hell is a "poultry" building? Does it really have something to do with poultry or does it have to do with the chickens---- bureaucrats we usually find in governmental positions?

Very interesting archeology link. I tend to forget that you were only stopped by Hadrian's wall. Or maybe weren't stopped.

This to me looks like the entrance of a pyramid.
