Beautiful action shot! You must have been on a bridge.
When we were there two years ago, we saw what looked to be police diving in the Seine...we thought it was a training exercise.
Maybe it was the Navy?

@ Jacob - I was on a bridge and quite envious of those lucky guests of the French Navy speeding on the Seine. This was a Bastille Day special offered to everyone interested.
I think you saw right, police divers train in the Seine usually.
